I'm Vaibhav Kandpal, a full-stack developer working mainly in Next.js, React and Python.
I've shipped real-money casino games that generated over $500K in player turnover, built and launched Facemaxify — an AI facial analysis product — solo from idea to paying customers, and built RankOnGeo for OrganicReach.ai, an agency working with YC-backed startups. Each of those required learning a different part of the stack as I went: game math and RNG for the casino work, AI/LLM integration and billing for Facemaxify, crawling and rank tracking for RankOnGeo.
I use modern AI tooling heavily to move faster and pick up new languages or frameworks quickly, which is why I'm comfortable saying yes to work outside my usual stack. I'm self-sufficient by default: I'd rather spend an hour figuring something out than ask for help I don't need. Right now I'm looking for my next role — full-time, contract or freelance — and flexible on pay and hours to make a good fit work.

New language, new framework, new domain — each project so far has needed at least one.

Frontend, backend, deployment, and the parts in between. I don't hand off and disappear.
